I have flown this jet about 10 times using a 350 ma battery. This is a powerfull real jet that is great for flying outside in low wind conditions. I took it to the gym the other night & crashed it several times before I accepted that it is to fast for a small gym. The Depron is brittle, but the jet is a great value.

Actually, the more I fly this, the more fun it is. Once you have balanced out the tendency to turn right, it great to fly inverted, and in fact as it is less stable inverted, it means it is easier to turn and fly.

Foam is brittle (think: wafer biscuit) & pieces do not fit that well. Motor mount poor, and screws useless (replace with hex bolts/glue).

BUT once together it is floaty, needing hardly any throttle to waft around. Torque is overwhelming though - only wanted to go straight or right - a bit of "rudder" tape on left stab helps, but now throttle=right, no-throttle=left! But despite all that, for the price, surprisingly fun!

Tip: needs max throws!

Mine really doesn't fly well. The 360mah pack isn't too heavy, and there is enough thrust. I have tried different CG locations, but no luck. It loses a lot of height in turns, and I'm almost always giving up elevator just to keep it in the air. The build was quick and easy. Don't crash it, the foam has a skin that is very brittle and not 'bendy' like depron.

packing was average, the plane went together ok but on first flight full thrust on take off it went nose first into the ground (have a bit of up trim)

it damages very easily (depron) and this is what lowers the stars

the plane i quite fast so DO NOT TRY INDOORS

This is a great plane, small and light. You need glue, screwdriver and two small hex screws for the motor mount. I used servo screws, but they are too big (the head) if you dont want to cut the mount plate.Good packing and great price. Thanks hk!
