Do be aware this motor does not come with an accessory package. The correct package is NTM Prop Drive 35 Series Accessory Pack (US Warehouse) and it cost $2.09 the shopping is $7.45. So add another $10 to the motor charge.

The motor itself is a great power horse for my FPV49.
I'm running 10x6 prop on a 1800gram wing.

Very powerfull motor for a fun Cub or a Acromaster from Multiplex! Will go vertical with a 12x6 Prop. Used 3s and a Turnigy Trust 45A

I don't have the equipment to give the full measurements for thrust or power but this motor easily powered my Zephyr and was more economical than the tired original ritewing equipment. I have reservations about the quality as the shaft broke on about the fifth landing, the original has not broken in about fifty flights, I have put this down to the shaft being 4mm rather that 5mm.
Doesn't come with any kind of adapter either so be sure to order what you need with the motor.

Purchased this thinking I could simply bolt on to my plane. How silly of me. No mounting brackets. Does HK think that mounting brackets are not needed. Bit like selling a car without wheels. At least they could specify that mounting brackets need to be purchased seperatley. Now I have to do another order and wait a couple of weeks.

The first one of these motors that I purchased was for the HobbyKing Edge 540 V3 1200mm 3D plane. I have hundreds of successful flights on it, and I absolutely love this motor!!!! I'm now running it with a 12x6 sport prop, and the punch-outs are incredible! The ESC that I use is the Turnigy Trust 55 amp, and 1800mah Nano-Tech 35/70 4s batteries. This motor rocks like nothing else on this class of aircraft. I'm buying another one right now for another upcoming plane. Excellent product!!!!
