it sort of works but lets air escape

Ths is NOT a air filler valve - It is an Air Regulator.
I would have rated it higher but when tested, it allows air to escape in use, so it will cut the number of times you can gear cycle your gear drastically, but you can slow your retract speed down with this item, but for me, not many times.

it is a good product but the accurare is soo close to the end of the travel.

the same valve but with two regulators is good for an easy installation.

It's an air flow control valve. works well in slowing the retracts down for a more scale look. Just remember to open the valve when filling or have a dedicated fill line that goes straight to the air cylender
