just received, worked great in the morning for shrinking a couple of tubes
in the afternoon just pleasant cold air
max temp setting was 230 C

Because of wide temperature range (100 to 480 °C) is multi-purpose:
from shrinking tubes to soldering / desoldering. Fine nozzle enables to-the-point-application. Very good!

NIce thing for removing wrinkles on your airplane.

It is fantastic thing. this can remove wrinkles on airplane skin!. All of repaired skin covered with film such as Oracover has wrinkle because it is not easy to remove it by only iron. You can remove it by blowing with adjusted temperature. That's it.

The heat gun works excellent. Temperature can be easy controlled and read.
The fan still operates after switching off the gun until the temperatur reaches a safe condition.
Quality is o.k. but not top of the notch
