I have replace my existing GPS with the Quanum LEA-6H GPS and am amazed at how much more accurate this unit is at holding position! It is well worth upgrading for the performance. Setup on my APM was no issue and I would recommend this to everyone.

Great gps. Very accurate. Mast is alright but somewhat cheaply made.

Very accurate and quick to find sattelites. The plastic case is quite heavy though, so if using it in an airplane I suggest removing the GPS from the plastic casing. Otherwise this is a fantastic GPS.

Installed a LEA-6H purchased in July with a Mega 2.7 FC. The FC would not recognize the Compass or GPS. After some frustration I opened the LEA-6H case and found the connector block was NOT soldered to the board. So much for QC. Will attempt to solder the connector.

Great GPS, very fast acquisition time. Signal strengh leaves a bit to be desired but not a big deal if you are in open field. Just so happens in my backyard on a cloudy day, the HDOP hovers just around 2ish, so sometimes the APM will not let you arm. Simple plug and play with the HKPilot 2.7 running APM 3.1.5.

This item was suggested when i purchased HKPIlot32, however, this item comes with 5 pin molex, not compatible with HKPilot32 6 pin molex. Wasted time and money/

I put this thing on my APM 2.6 after having GPS errors leading to numerous crashes (I was using the original GPS that sold with 3DR's APM). No more GPS errors...also by relocating the compass my compassmot went from 187pcnt to 4pcnt! My Turnigy Hex is a rock solid APM flyer now.
