Ich habe diesen Motor nun schon seit 2 Jahren im Einsatz. Er springt vom ersten Tag perfekt an und dreht eine Graupner G-Sonic-pro 20x10 mit 6600 1/min an einem 3-Kammer Topfdämpfer ähnlich Krummscheid..also vollauf zufrieden.

I love this engine. It runs well at low mid and high range. My only issue is that HK is sold out. It would be nice to restock this produce.

Haven't run it yet but it certainly looks well made. It's possible to examine the inside of the bore through the exhaust port and the honing marks look and feel good with a bamboo kebab stick.
The only thing I'm unsure about is the 4 bolts prop retention, I have no experience of these and currently would prefer a single nut fixing, but that's just me.

Nach anfnglichen Startproblemen laft der Motor jetzt problemlos. Das Problem war das die Einstelltschraube fr die Gasannahme zu fett eingestellt war.
Danach luft der Motor fantastisch, Handstart ist kein Problem, egal ob bei kaltem oder heiem Motor. Ganz besonders gefllt mir die Laufruhe des Motors. Da habe ich schon ganz andere Sachen erlebt. Fr mich eine klare Kaufempfehlung der Motor ist wirklich sehr empfehlenswert.

I am using this engine in a Edge 540T 30cc, I did 7 flights, so far so good, still break in the engine, lots of power to perform hard 3D flight, easy to start.
Happy with my purchase. Hobby King making the RC more affordable.

I have two of these engines and for the price they can't be beat. My Son runs one in a Wild Hare Extra 260 and I had one in a Wild Hare Edge 540. I've moved my RCGF 30 to a new home in a VVRC YAK-54. Running a 19x8 XOAR beechwood prop, the RCGF will pull the planes vertical out of sight while accelerating on the way up. Easy to tune and they start very easily even after sitting unused for a couple of weeks. No complaints.

i just completed maiden flight of my 1850mm sbach with this motor installed this morning. seems like a very solid motor however one should keep a close eye on the exhaust bolts as mine loosened on the third flight which led to the departure of the exhaust from the engine.. the motor still operated quite well without the exhaust and i managed to get the plane on the ground safely with no damage. the bolts coming loose may have been my fault since i didnt put any lock tight on them.. apart from that this motor starts easily and runs great. very happy!
