I use this servo in an 180m Extra. They are fast and strong, no clearance. Solid servo arms included. Great stuff for budged!

Very good servo for Heli's, strong gears and plenty of power with good speed. the only downside is not very resistant to heavy landings the electronics most likely won't survive due to no protective circuitry, but you can replace a complete set of cyclic's for less than the price of a single top brand name servo, if on a budget these are a good servo for the job.

I have one (overkill) as throttle servo and tow release in my 40% PilotRC Decathlon with 176ccm 2-cilinder. No problems whatsoever.
Just ordered 10 for 6meter HW4 Flamingo sailplane build from Schneider Modell Kufstein cnc-kit.
Probably even 10 more for a 1:2,5 scale DFS Habicht.
So I'm happy with this specific servo..... quality versus durability versus price.

Have to write another positive review, i have made more than 300 fligts with this servos on my HK550TT DFC and these servos are not showing any signs of wearing yet. very good servo for the money i have to say... I am sorry to see many RotorStar products are not available anymore in EU and even in central warehouse :( :( seems helicopters and parts are not selling well or what... I fly only helis and i hope at least some good stuff will be in EU for some time to come... Bye

I have over 60 of these on all my 70~78" 3D Extreme Flight planes. Only ever lost 1 on a rudder due to many harrier landings. Now my buddies use it on 3D planes as well.

I bought three of these for a 600. I'm currently using them on a Frenzy 600E and they've done well so far, about 20 flights, and they've survived one light crash unscathed. The cases have a metal centre part, which is good for heat dissipation. The mounting lugs seem robust. The gears are slop-free, and the supplied servo arms are sturdy and a good tight fit on the splines. I'm using them with a FuBar controller, which is running them at 160Hz or so, directly off a 2s LiFe RX pack. I would definitely buy more of these.

i have bought these servos before and i liked them, so i have bought another cyclic set of 3 servos for my HK550tt modded to DFC... Very fast, and i use them on 8,4V directly from 2S LiPo in combination with mini Kbar FBL 3axis gyro... Works very well.... Time Will show how long servos Will last if i don't break crash before :):)

I use these on my HK550GT modded to DFC on HV - direct 2S LiPo battery in combination with Mini Kbar....Fast and strong servos, heli is very responsive, centering is good. Hope servos will last...
