Just use the cam if you have one of these, the combination of both in one unit is not great. Its a tilt gimbal, not a pan.

I got this, but is is not usable as a unit, camera is ok, i get stripes in the picture when applying power to the unit, got cam en gimbal separated.
Its not for pan, but tilt use.

Its a nice little unit, but useless in this form, its a Tilt gimbal not a pan, if you power up, there are lines in the picture and the select button in not easy reachable. I separated the camera from the gimbal motor, the camera is fine , the gimbal is fine, but as a combined unit, no thanks. Overall, not recommended if used in this combined state. Sorry Hobbyking.

This is my second Quanum gimbal .A nice good working quality simple gimbal ,in the two modes follow or steady (The tiny button to change that is a bit hidden inside the gimbal itselves ). The quality of the camera however is a bit outdated . The camera can easily be swapped with a 4k high quality camera ,than you have a small goed working combination for little money .

Had my doubts when ordering this nice gimbal ,because of the negative reviews everywhere ,but that is not correct. This is a nice good working good quality simple gimbal ,in the two modes follow or steady (The tiny button to change that is a bit hidden inside the gimbal itselves ). The quality of the camera however is a bit outdated ,but that is the reason I could buy it so cheap 12 Euro it's almost a gift from Hobbyking Thanks for that ! The camera can easily be swapped with a 4k high quality camera ,than you have a small smashing combination for little money .

I use this gimbal on my motorcycle and it works very well. I've replaced the original cam by an FullHD recording-cam.
