These retract are smaller than expected. They are almost same size as Micro Pneumatic Retract Landing-gear set SKU: LG-9-0001-S. These are maybe 10 bigger but cost twice as much. And gear size is 2.5 mm. I intended to use these for the Viper Jet but they are not strong enough. I thinik these can only be used with light foamies, not balsa planes. Description says: A high quality kit including a pressure guage - But I did not get any pressure guage and if you look at the picture, there is no guage to be seen. So what is it HK? Is it with or without? I give only 3 stars for no guage and for not telling what size of plane these can handle. Even the half priced ones is telling they are suitable for planes up to 3.5 lbs which sounds a bit of an exaggeration to me.

I'm purchasing these to give everyone an idea how they compare to the other mini retracts on here. Hope that they are good. One of the reasons I'm picking these is because of the compact design, the landing gear is complete all the way to the wheels and finally, because they will sit flush..

This is a high quality package. Came connected ready to test in its own ply wood box. Made it very easy to evaluate before mounting it in a plane.

Retracts units are strong and fit well my GWS 262, everything works fine and retain pressure for days, only airline was bigger diameter, and replaced with some robart. The enourmous Airtank was too big for that plane and replaced with homemade one.

Airline too big, only the tubing used in the delivery tray (Everything is delivered mounted on a ply frame ready to be tested !) has the correct diameter. I used Robart airline instead.

The retracts units are very good. Fill valve not working in my set, replaced with an old Spring Air i had. Air tank is enormous and should provide dozens of actions on 1 fill, but need lot of room, which is missing in most edf foamies. For those relatively few dollars it is still a very good deal. I mounted them in a GWS 262 and fly from a very good grass runway.

I can use it on pushed FlyCat 2600g ???? How many times i can use the Gas Close?
