I owned a small coaxial heli and wanted to move up...so I bought a t-Rex 450. After months of trying to fly the 450 and doing not much more then hovering I decided to buy this 328. It's a great heli to learn on. I did a few mods like adding a little weight to the fly bar (don't add too much or it will strike the tail boom) and adding some weight to the nose to help with forward speed on those windy days. I even put a small DV camera on it and the heli works great! I get about 4min flying time with the added weight from the camera. All and all the heli works great and is a good buy for someone getting into heli's. I even got a little too close to some power lines and lost reception...the 328 fell from about 40ft in the air to concrete. All that happened was the battery tray broke and the canopy was destroyed...a little glue for the battery tray and a new canopy and it was flying again. Great little heli for the price

This is a fun little helicopter to fly. This was my first RC helicopter, and I was pleased with how easy it is to fly. Be warned, though - hard landings will break this thing. After a couple of unplanned hits into the grass, the flybar broke.

The 328 arrived in good condition and ready to fly out of the box. I had to do just a little trimming inside the house for stable hovering then recharged and took it outside where it was nearly dead calm. No issues outside either as the extra weight vs the Solo Pro V does show, no issues with control. When a light breeze did start coming up it still performed well and held its own. The gyro is very stable. This heli is excellent for beginners, and with inexpensive spare parts should be good for evening backyard fun as well as training for 3D models. Flight time was not directly measured but was estimated at well over 5 minutes, and with a spare battery or two this fits what I am looking for for simple backyard fun.

I bought this because it just looked right. Now that I have it Wow really nice bird. I look foward to flying it a more open area. H/K shipped it fast and like that. Drawback is batteries for it but they are coming. Do yourself a favor and get one of these if you want a nice 4ch. F/P heli.

Only one day with it, but I'm impressed. Very stable. Durable. Great value. It feels a little cheap compared to high end choppers, but wow, a great little rig to learn on.

Right out of the box this little heli flew great for me. It requires a little bit of trimming, and Im not sure if it has to do with the small foom I am trying to fly into but it will lose its trim every once in a while. I had a few blade strikes so far and have not broken anything, good thing cuz the spares seem to always be sold out. If the wind dies down Ill take her outside and see how she flies!

I've been working the SIM and had a Walkera CP 400 size first and it was a nightmare. Took a chance on this Solo Pro 328 and I can't believe the quality, durability and price of this heli. Battery lasts 5-6 minutes of continuous flight and I have 5 flights under my belt already. Heli still in one piece and I'm making turns in the living from heli facing me to facing away. This heli is going to be the one that gets me to the level I have wanted to be at for last 2 years and it will do it in 2 weeks. Thanks Hobbyking you are the King, Steve
