Bought this for my stampede 2wd to go with a 4000kv vektor brushless motor the motor is geard 25t to 90t and has no heat issue at all infact I can't tell if it wormd up at all but the biggest drawback for me is it likes to cough at low speeds and has terrible throttle sensitivity and because I'm running such a high power motor I can't keep the front planted but overall I don't think it's bad value for money so far I've put about 5 pakes through it and it's running great just wish it had better throttle response go check out my YouTube channel called: budget friendly RC were I foucus on having fun with rc without breaking the bank.

Got this ESC as part of a combo package. I have already replaced this once due to burned out on/off switch wires back about early October 2016. I just had the replacement installed in my sc5m and after the 2nd battery the same thing happened. I have another Trackstar ESC in my buggy and that works perfectly for me. I am waiting for my LHS to send it in for replacement.

Ordered this unit to replace a faulty Arrma 80A ESC. Worked great for a few months up until a sudden burn up of the wires going to the on/off switch, rendering the ESC dead. Hobbyking has shipped me a replacement item for free so overall I would recommend this.
