I use in on 450 heli. It provides far more power, that enough for 450 class machine! Smooth running with low vibration makes this motor my favourite. Feeling strength under your stick, is awesome!

I bought it from second hand, when it has one year old, and it never failed, untill I broke it by my hand. ))

Perfekter Motor fr 450er Heli mit 11 Ritzel, lange Flugzeit (7 Minuten, flotter Rundflug, kein 3d in Airwolf Scale Rumpf) Super Power !!!
Einen habe ich davon in einem auf 70mm EDF umgebauten Funjet, mit 70mm HK 5 Blatt Impeller an 3s 600 Gramm Schub, an 4s 1000 Gramm Schub, geht ab wie die Wildsau.

Echt guter Motor in zwei 450er Helis, Den Aufkleber am Gehuse abmachen, macht sonst schreckliche Gerusche.

Great motor. I'm using this an a budget HK450 build, and it has way more power than I can use. With an 11 tooth pinion, flight times on a 2200mah lipo have been around 10 minutes (but I'm just hovering...no crazy 3d yet), and power isn't an issue at all. The motor isn't even warm when I'm finished. I haven't tried the 13t pinion yet because there just isn't a need for the type of flying I do.

If you do not fly 3D (just hover or a few circles), then this motor is OK. Its only geting warm, but not hot. Its cheap and looks good. But unfortunatly its too weak for 3D. At heavy main rotor load it loose the rotorspeed from 3000 RPM to approx. 1700 if not less. If I knew that before, I'd buy the original Align 450MX instead, which is way more powerful.
