Cells are OK, but are not the same as shown on the photo... Dimensions do not match with standard 5000mah 40C turnigy batteries i have bought one year ago.. these came longer and a little narrower so can't change one cell that is broken - cabel ripped off including cell tab :(. Otherwise cells are good and have big long tabs and are about 4700MAh... Have to try them if 40C is at least close to my old turnigy batteries.

I sure hope this go's on sale again soon I still need alot more! I have 15 of them now but re***ze I need closer to 60 80 of them for my project Good cells and great for custom made electric vehicles thank you hobbyking for having them

Good for replacement od faulty cell which happen very often. Even with 40 or 60C batteries.

really disapointed in theese lipos, they say 40c 1s 5000mah . i got dem an chevked each one voltage waz fyne, soldered dem all up checked voltage again an 0.00 volts. so i charged one @ a tyme an not even close to 5000mah moe like 2800 on each ! PURE crap !!!!!!! i live in tha usa an it aint even worth 2 write a stupid RMA or wuteva NOT WORTH THA MONEY OR MY TYME !!!!!!!

Super Akkus. Halten lange die Spannung.
Habe insgesamt 20 Stck bestellt und 2 10S Stangen daraus gemacht.
Beide Stangen halten schon 50 Ladezyklen.
Ich fliege diese Akkus im F3A Kunstflugwettbewerb.

Benutzte immer die angeblich hochwertigsten Lipos. Jetzt sind schon einzelne Zellen nach 50 bis 75 Zyklen ausgefallen. Dann kann ich auch die guenstigen nehmen. Bei den ersten Ladezyklen haben Diese keine Beanstandungen gezeigt. Halte euch so alle 20 Zyklen auf dem Laufenden.

I've purchased about 7-8 cells so far with no issues. However, the last two cells I ordered weren't exactly same. Even when looking at the cells I could tell, one of them isn't like the rest I got so far. The seam of this particular cell was different than the rest of the cells I have purchased so far. At first I didn't think it is something to be considered, but later it turned out the cell isn't only different on the outside, it's different from the inside as well. It has about double the IR than the rest of the cells about 2.6mOhm, it has less capacity than the rest of the cells topping at 4760mah instead of roughly 5000. That's 5pcnt less. Not much you could say but it has very bad impact on playtime. It performs worse than other Turnigy 5000mAh 40C cells I have 50 cycles on. I can only hope it's characteristics will improve by time, since it's a brand new cell, but I have doubts about that. When Charging it has higher voltage than the rest of the cells in the pack, and while discharging it has the lowest voltage in the pack, which all relate back to the higher IR of the cell. Don't know if others have had similar issues. Wonder if HK will stand by it's product. Contacting CS right now.

An excellent choice for the replacement of the bad cells. Tabs were easy to solder. Now again I have a healthy battery pack. It would be good to provide also shrink tube from 200-2500 mm to large batery pack suite.
