I'm running this along with 2x 11,1V 5ah 25-30C batteries on my electric longboard. It can pull me (70kg/154lbs) up any hill with ease! I've travelled about 40km/64miles without as much as a hiccup. The ESC did automatically turn the motor off once when I had been travelling uphill for about 1,5km/1mile and it got too hot. But that was really pushing it to the limit.

My only complaint would be that it's not small enough for me to mount two of them on the same board!

I'm currently using this motor on a 73" sbach on 10S setup. I was going to go 20x10 but ended up bottling out and going with a 19x10 prop (APC-E - I'll be changing to an Xoar wood).<br>
Fresh pack it pulls 3.3kw @ 10kg, half minute of running (to take the edge off the packs) it goes to 2.8kw @ 8kg thrust. Half a minute full throttle running, the motor does get pretty hot. So I'm pretty glad I didn't go 20x10, as I think it may have been too much for the motor. Plus my sbach only weights 5.5kg, so I still have a 1:1.6 thrust ratio.<br>Ended up using a throttle curve on my transmitter to tame it down, as 2/3 throttle was unlimited vertical.<br>Reliability wise, too early to say but it does seem well made. However the rear fan in the motor makes it very difficult to pull apart (I stopped when I got that far as I didn't want to break it).<br>Si.

Sehr guter Motor. In einer Sebart Katana 120 S betrieben:
8S 4000 mAh, LS XOAR 20x10, Strom 77 Ampere, Drehzahl 6800 U/min.
Gemessen mit vollem Akku.
Leistung mehr als ausreichend, habe LS auf 19x10 reduziert.
Temperatur Motor nach Landung um die 50 Grad Celsius.
Regler uebrigens Turnigy Sentilon 100 A (V4), Timing high ist Pflicht, kann selbst bei Ansprechverzoegerung "normal" kein Sync-Verlust beim Motor gasgeben feststellen. Habe zunaechst aus Sicherheitsgruenden die Ansprechverzoegerung auf "verry slow" gestellt, damit ist aber kein sicheres tourquen in Bodennaehe moeglich. Habe am Sender lediglich auf dem Gas eine Verzoegerung von 0,5 Sec beim Gasgeben programmiert. Fliege mit leicht erhhtem Standgas, so dass der Motor auch bei Drosselstellung immer leicht dreht...

Bringt LEICHTE Luftschrauben an, es lohnt sich !

Good motor. My Saab Safir scale 1/4. Weight 7s (5000mAh) lipos = 8.12kg
Prop: 20 x 12" And 20 x10". Max thrust:7.5kg. 5900 rpm.
Motor big bearings is good.
