The problem is not that Hobby King have listed the wrong information regarding this product. But that many other outlets list the flat measurement across the heat shrink as the diameter. Hobby King info is right, I too ordered this thinking it was 100mm across flat, wont do for what I had originally intended but I'm sure I will find a use for it even if its only covering the lead weights I use to hold stuff down while I'm working.

The size is wrong. Says 100mm which should be the flat width because the other sizes are measured on the flat width.
It is 155mm wide! Too wide for any use.

These are huge! Very hard to find locally in Sydney. Shipping weight is a touch 2 much.

The product description states: "Diameter: 100mm"
A 100mm diameter gives a circumference of around 315mm (dia*pi). Divided by 2 is 157mm (measured flat), which is what the 2 previous reviews stated. Seems that the HK data is correct.

The 100mm is NOT 100mm but closer to 155mm. You could shrink wrap your leg in this monster! HK has the wrong info on this product..

hmmm - says 100mm but the one I got was massive... I measured it at 155mm when flat! I've never seen heatshrink that large before - lol.. not sure what I can use it for now as it's too big for my batteries... maybe they sent me the wrong stuff.. anyway - what I got seemed good quality maybe a bit thick as it's real heavy duty stuff.. but definitely not 100mm
