Motor vibration is on the high side without a propeller, but it works very well (vibrates more than a comparable size motor, but nothing too serious.
5450 RPM with the recommended 27x12 propeller with 12S setup. 162A, 25kg thrust.
20 seconds at max (162A) does not make it hot. Just slightly warm.
Maximum current with 12S and a APD ESC is 178A during acceleration, but it settles at 162A. So, a 200A ESC (200A continuous, 300A peak) is probably fine for this motor.

I am pushing this motor to its limits, 14s - 10,000mA with a 26 x 12 Falcon prop. Just gets warm, nothing to worry about. It is a super piece of work.

Running a 28 x 10 prop limited at 6000 RPM just gets warm, seems to have no problems at all!
12s 10000 mAH but as paramotor so full out then up and down after that. Using Fatboy 300a also seems fine, just warm.

I am running this motor on a 100cc aeroworks extra 300, setup is rotomax 100 with 27x12 xoar cf prop, 300 amp alien systems esc, 4 x 6s 5300 mah batteries. A 6 minute flight with hard aerobatics uses only 6200 mah out of 10600 mah. I have timing set to 22 degrees and pwm at 8khz. I might try 25 degrees but everything is very cool to the touch after the flight. this could possibly use a little bigger prop as well. like a 28x12 plane flies great and power is just right for 3d and aerobatics.

I am using the motor in a 33pcnt Pitts Python that has been converted from gas, and this works very well.

The rest of the setup is a Xoar 28x10 prop, 12S2P Turnigy Nano-tech 45C 5000mAh batteries and a MGM-Compro X-series 250A controller. This combo pulls 165A and I get 6300rpm on this prop, thrust is plenty good for the aircaft. I can fly hard aerobatics for 6 min. with a good reserve on the batterypack after landing, and the motor is not even warm after such a flight. Very happy with the motor so far!

Before this engine I can only warn! Looks pretty professional, its quality is rather poor! The coils are wound in cross directions, and the connection wires are not properly tinned. Burned my motor controller therefore has 2 HobbyKing has the motor is replaced, the controller is not. Financial damage -
2 x Controller $ 230.88 postage $ 61.06 new controller damage to the model!
Registration of complaints HobbyKing = 5 months!
Complaint, the controller = no answer!
And all this for $ 53 orders of more than $ 10,000 purchase price!
