This motor is awesome! I run it in my 4x4 slash. Going on a 2cell 90C lipo it's awesome! I'm running a 15 pinion and 54 spur and it's stupid fast. It will pull a wheelie almost anytime and the motor does run very hot when bashing, I imagine i'll be getting a castle motor when or if this one blows. It's running on the castle mamba max pro to.

Awesome motor used a 120 amp turbo trackstar esc works amazing, super fast, high quality surprisingly for the money. I got 40 mins run time on a 2cell 5000 mah lipo and it wasn't even near the low voltage cut off so all round good motor and the esc, went through some mud and water and no magic smoke so happy days and I have been using this for a few months now and still going well. worth the buy

Put this in a Durango DESC210 which has been converted to an oval racer for our Outlaw Street Stock class (2WD SCT with foam tires and Parma Baja series body). This motor is ridiculously powerful. Originally had a Novak 10.5 in this truck before and this motor completely changed it into a beast. Tons of power for the straights and comes off much cooler then the 10.5 did. Hoping to get another one of these for an offroad SCT soon.

I drive this in my MIP SCTE, with a Tekin RX8 Gen2 this is one of the best 2 pole 550s for short course racing...

What can I say- Holy torque batman! If you don't have metal gears in your tranny, You might want to look into them. I replaced a 540 size 5000kv motor in a losi slider with this. I HIGHLY recommend this motor. I can now wheelie my slider ON COMMAND and at ANY SPEED! This setup is illegal at my track, but WOW! What fun in the parking lot!

I used one of this in an Emaxx on 2s lipo.... the truck performed better, faster and much more torquer than the stock twin brushed setup.... i have bought another so i can mount these twins together in the Emaxx to make it go super wild... A must buy for all Monster truck bashers who use a twin brushed setup gone wild :)

This motor is well built.... has solid construction and has alot of vents to cool it even though it barely gets hot... sensored operation is good and the motor itself is very powerful and fast.... please use strong tires to avoid them blowing apart... i would recommend it to all hardcore racers...

I've tried this afternoon in my backyard. i use for my hpi blitz with robinson racing steel spur gear 88t steel pinion 19t from RR to.. very huge power but i can handling it torque very impressive if you want wheelie Lol. for 50m straight gone be wild.

Temperature. on motor just 67 deg.Celcius for 11 minute
Temperature. on esc jus 37 deg.Celcius i use hobbyking 150A (nice esc)
Battery : saddle pack turnigy 5100mah 35 Deg.celcius

note: 1.i just use electrical tape 3M for protect from dust.
2.to stable my rig, I just change the oil shock with 550wtfront 600rear. Because this motor more little heavy from 540 ..ust for 2wd shortcourse

I have been racing for a long time and have been running Tekin motors..I picked this motor up to try out. It is awesome and is exactly as described. I put this in my sc10 4x4 and it is much faster than my tekin 4.5 550 motor. It runs very cool and has a very good power band. I would recommend this to anyone even the hardcore racers. You just cant buy a motor this good for this price anywhere.
