Buzzer isn't massively loud - great for a ground station or something you're nearby, but I struggle to hear it over four motors standing right next to the craft.

This Turnigy voltage detector is a very useful device.
The blue led lights continually when you install a fully charged LiPo battery. When you mistakably connect a partly discharged LiPo battery (and who didnt in a hurry) before flight the blue led will blink (when voltage is < 3,7V/cell) Very useful is the fact that the beeper will stay on when during flight battery voltage drops shortly under 3,25V/cell. The Beeper is turned off after disconnection of the LiPo battery. This voltage detector is also usefull if you use a LiPo 3S for your transmitter without voltage monitoring.

I bought five of these voltage detectors.
I find this voltage detector useful for monitoring LiPo battery voltage during flight.
It informs you when you mistakenly install a partly discharged battery at the beginning of the flight (blue led blinking at <3.7V/cell) and more importantly it informs you after flight that the battery voltage was during the flight shortly under 3.25 Volt/cell wich is of course very low. The beeper will stay on after this short event until Lipo battery is disconnected after flight.

I purchased this voltage detector for use in converting my 12V power tools from NiCd to 11.1V Lipo. Testing this product on the bench prior to installation it proved to be accurate and repeatable. Perfect for my needs, thanks Hobbyking!
