My first experience with the Zippy Compact 4000mah 5s packs

When I found out directly from HK that the Zippy Compact 3700mah 5s packs had been discontinued, I opted to try 2 of these new packs ( 10s wired in series) for my 2m Nuance pattern plane. After cycling them on my charger (charged at 1C and discharged at 0.5c gently several times. I flew this pack at !/2 throttle for the next 2 flights and then flew the Masters pattern, all I can say is WOW! What a GREAT replacement lipo battery! BTW, I was told by a HK Rep the new line of Zippy Compact lipos are being produced by a new manufacturer and yes, you can tell the difference. Also note, the IR's are very low and I expect to get at least 150 flights out of these packs. Will order more shortly. Thank you Hobby King!

Good packs, but heavier then labelled

It would be great if HK started listing the real weight of the products,
although the pack seems to be good , it's heavier then labelled.
Difficult to select items on their weight if that is important for your purpose
