A great servo.

I use them for steering on a couple of my 1/10 cars. Super quick, precise, and decent torque. For the features and speed these are pretty hard to beat at this price. They are also a good height, and fit easly in most 1/10 scale cars.

Well there you go... Not a servo to go the distance that's for sure!

This servo lasted for approximately 25 flights on my TZ Frenzy after stripping one of the metal gears which resulted in a total loss of tail control and almost costing me a decent heli crash. After this episode it has lead me to conclude what I first believed to be a radio blackout that caused my first crash 2 months ago in the TZ 50 was in fact more than likely this servo that failed initially. The first crash was a total loss of tail control which resulted in an out of control heli until it hit the deck. It had me absolutely baffled when it happened, but I think it's all just become much clearer now in hind sight.

Really disappointing. But a reality none the less.

First bad servo I've had from Hobby King, with MANY different types purchased. Initial run on the servo tester was very "jittery" indicating a dirty servo pot. I cleaned out the pot (previously done this on other servos without trouble, so I knew what I was doing), reassembled it and it worked OK for about 10 cycles, then the motor seized. Game over.

its works great, its fast and strong.
Only 1 thing the gears need a bit more grease,it wil run even smoother.
I'm verry happy with the servo
