Bought this buggy and the front diff. Was tight took it apart and the gear mesh was off fixed and have ran it 5 times no problems other then rolling it and breaking the spoiler great car good price

Terrible product. I got it in the mail, and i drove it on carpeted floor with a maximum of 1/2 throttle and no bursts, and the gears stripped. Replaced the gar and drove it outside, and the front arms broke even though I didn't crash it. I don't recommend this product at all, instead go purchase a more expensive, but durable product.

I bought mine for some cheap fun racing between 1/10th 2WD heats, I knew it wasnt going to be super competitive and a few people tried to warn me off them saying they'll break instantly but I took the plunge anyway. It arrived safely, but I did have an issue with the front diff being way too tight (essentially poorly manufactured) but Hobbyking quickly replaced the faulty item, so plus points for them.

I've raced it twice now (10x 5m heats plus some practice) as standard the tyres were way too grippy for indoor carpet tracks so replaced with some suitable tyres, also changed the oil and it ran much better. Nothing has broken yet and had some big crashes the first few races while trying to learn how to drive it. Biggest issue is the lack of grip on the rear off throttle, essentially it causes the rear end to come around too easily which can lead into grip roll. I think the preset drag brake is too high but you cant adjust on the ESC so I'm kinda stuck, just gotta learn how to drive it.

I have upgraded the chassis and shock towers, which were quite cheap and thats it. Ready to race. I'll post a Youtube clip on the discussion.

Its a good car for the money, it's not gonna win you any trophies but it'll do a job on track.

This is a great little buggy for the price. Optional hop up parts and replacement pieces a plenty. As with all rc products, a thorough inspection is required before your first run. Check all the screws as well as the mesh between your spur/pinion gear. With the 1700mah 2s battery they suggest it will hit 30mph easily. I'll say it again, great buggy for the price.

Great price but it didnt heald for more than 7charges driving on the lawnyard.
Front wheel assembly broken right of on both sides. ESC broken and the engine burned.
The temperatur was -3 deg. Celsius and that can be a part of the problem with the plastics.

I would recommend this car to any one, New to the hobby or been doing it for years like me. I now have twenty cars. The only issue at hand with mine is there is no protection for the spur gear under the chassis. I am making a piece to screw on to protect it. Other than this small issue, this is one fun car. I have had a smile on my face for two weeks now. I will be upgrading the motor soon so it will keep up with my brushless mini-t, but out of the box, this thing rocks. I am running a 1300 20-50c two cell. Fun fun fun.. Thanks again.

Lot of difference in assembly quality. Loose screws and sloppy gearing. After fixing diff box and gear alignment, good product.

WOW bought that car for my son. Insane how fast that is. On grass you need to add some cooling to the esc. mine meltet the lower plastic case after 2 batteries. but still works fine. drilled a couple holes into the cover now it runs cooler maybe also add a van ore smaller pinion. but other than that greath Car lot of FUN
