I can not fit the motor on the transmission housing ther is about an 1"to 1"1/5of space so I can not get it together properly so I'm not working on it

Just buyed this model for my d90 body, and its sweet, and special for the price. Tires and rims now the best if you will trail and rockcrawl for real. But for starters its one of the better kits.

The kit arrived quickly and safely and was well packaged. The quality of the parts was excellent and the instructions were very clear and easy to understand. With time and patience the model has come together very well. Some of the plastic parts could have been better if they had been metal, but overall the parts were well made.

Fair chassis, minor complaints

Most important: Throw out the supplied screws! They're of the sh1ttiest chinese smearsteel. Buy some decent ones instead. One star off.
The ball joints are so loose fitting they make the axles wobble about half a centimeter sideways. Another star off...
The rest is fine. Except that the bearing's fit is also too loose. This can easily be remedied with some shims and/or loctite.
Good part:
Looks are the best among what i've seen. Many possibilities to mod and real fun to build.

Nice quality kit. All gears are metal and run smooth. Full bearings and quite nice shock, sure the shock caps are on tight.
Screws were nicely packaged by assembly item in Manuel. Some of the screw counts were off, might just have been me though.
Quality is up there with the big 3.
I really like this model. I am using it for a scale build.

How does it hold up!

So. For the price, this is a very good spec of rig. It does suffer from low quality materials however. (Screws are made from cheese)
On opening the box, it was impressive. Well packed, well labelled etc.
Building was actually pretty easy too. But the shocks were machined incorrectly and one couldn’t be assembled at all. (Shaft cut too short)
On my build I used a hobbywing 1080 esc and a 3s lipo. 2x 35kg servos.
I found a shell from a coyote fit well with 5mm Spacers on the 4 rear links.
Unfortunately this is where things went wrong. On my first run out, the spur stripped and the gear selector stripped too, all within 15 mins. Out of the whole gear train. These bits are plastic as opposed to metal. Spares are hard to come by and it’s about 4 weeks from China for more.
The magnetic body mounts are great, but more suited to trailing than crawling (only because it’s easy to knock off), and the motor is 35t. This is way too fast.
I’ve now changed the wheels to 105mm. Added weighted wheels and brass links.
I’ve changed the motor to a 55t and fitted different shocks with duel springs.
The supplied pinion is 18t. If you build as per the instructions the mesh is terrible. This was my stripping problem. If you fit the motor using the 17t holes it is much better.
Now it’s really capable. The biggest problem is spares and how they are only available from China.
Hope this helps.
In summary. Great rig for the price but be prepared to modify it and replace poor quality parts. It’s worth sticking with in my opinion and it’s nice to have something different to everyone else.

OK, let's get two negatives out of the way. The button screw heads are soft and if your Allen driver is not pristine, you will round the heads out on some. The info claims adjustable wheelbase but what you get is 11 in (very short) and the frame has room to go larger but you'll need to buy additional parts such as driveshaft and longer rear axel linkage. That being said, the kit was a joy to build with excellent instructions. Nothing is top end but for the price, it can't be. It's a great place to start if you want to modify for odd bodies and even with the small scale-like wheels and tires, it climbs quite well. Yes, I'd buy another. BTW, do not use DHL for shipping. They ripped me off for additional fees that were not listed in the choices of which carrier to use for shipping. They then delivered to the wrong address. The people there delivered it to me the next day on their own. DHL took two more days to even tell me they'd go get it.
