This prop is simply gorgeous. The laminations and colors look awesome. It also feels solid and strong. It was also pre-bored and fit my Fox Eagle .74 perfectly. I will be buying more of these Aero Star laminated propellers!

Best props you can buy, a bargain at twice the price!

I now own a series of the Laminated Cherry wood props, this 14x10 being the latest. Every one of them is gorgeous. Not only are they beautiful to look at, but they are also some of the best performing props I've ever tested. They make good thrust when spun fast, and when kept slower (under 10,000 rpm) they are the most efficient in terms of thrust per watt I've tested (relative to similar performing props, i'm not counting the slow-fly stuff here). They perform pretty similar to the Master Airscrew props, but usually consume less power. The blades have been near-perfectly balanced right out of the box, however the hubs usually have a slight imbalance. Not a big deal as the hub is far less significant than the blades, and I'd feel confident running any of them without balancing.
These are more expensive than most other props HK sells, but it absolutely shows. I think these are some of the best performing and best looking props money can buy, at any price.

These props are absolutely gorgeous and the sound from the real Wood is simply amazing, such a smooth realistic sound. Sounds less electric and more like a recip. Every time nose over and split one of these props and have to run a plastic I get very upset. You will likely have to run a long prop adapter on most electric motors for this.
