Very kool and strong connector. It wont bend or break. However the arms are not at 90 degrees. They are like 120 deg apart, as you can see in the pic.

Worth every penny!The plastic ones that come with the training gear are made out of cream cheese. I have come down hard on one leg of the gear and everything holds tight!

Finally something that won't break. The crappy plastick versions always break. I wanted to make one of metal myself but for this price I won't even bother.
