Alloy 140mm offset Oleo struts are good bang for the buck

These are very good Oleo struts that come in a variety of sizes. They are well built and stronger than the very high priced Robart retract Oleos. The shaft system is however weak so getting these with the largest possible shaft (from Oleo to retract) would be better. Better yet if you could find retracts that take the whole Oleo without the shaft. I have some spring air like that but I have to reduce the top of the oleo to 9mm to get them to fit.

Works but springbos making a noise

It works, but the spring inside one of the struts is too long where it was cut, so is making an scratchy noise when going up and down
