The stock plastic one broke, this is a good replacement. You will also need longer bolts and nuts to hold the top of the shock (no threads in the aluminium piece)

Works great, But is not threaded so what I did was used a bit of hot glue in the hole, then pushed the screw in slightly and screwed it in (my screws had enough room and threading it would not work because they would slide out).

you might need this if doing big jumps on concrete, or into things, but generally i wouldnt think this would take much damage through ground use

Das Alu Teil ist klar besser als das Kunststoffteil. Aber die Schrauben mssen seperat bestellt werden.... die Originale passen nicht mehr!

Quasi entweder selber welche besorgen (Mutter & Schraube) Oder bei HK lngere plus Mutter mitbestellen ;-).

good upgrade part, nice tight fit over front diff, but does not come with the two longer bolts and nuts that you need to mount the shockies like the carbon fibre towers do

It is a solid part, but it is a shame it doesn't have any hardware. Nor do you get any reference to what parts you should use.
