The high speed needle was fully stuck in the closed position. The manufacturer failed to machine female threads in the base and then power drove the needle into the base. The result was severely damaged threads. Fortunately i only needed the low speed needle. I have Magnums that run well but have had a lot of stupid problems like this also.

Good genuine replacement part for ASP 91 FS, damaged one of mine in a crash, so good to be able to get spares so easy.

Received today genuine ASP. What a bargain. I was quoted from a supplier in Australia $22 AUSD just a new needle valve. I got the whole carby from HK for less and only took a couple of weeks.
