I bought this little motor to use in my DIY F3P Coaxial system. WOW I am impressed.
I am swinging TWO 9x4.7 SlowFly props and I am able to hover as well as climb vertical with a 100 gram scratch build plane.
Yes I want my plane to be lighter. And as that weight comes down this motor will shine even more. I will also play with the reduction ratio of my coaxial system to achieve the best efficiency. But so far I am very satisfied.
Get one! Its a power house.
I will be ordering several more.

Great little motor.. you will have to dimple the shaft and lock tight the screw.....On 2 cell I get 5oz thrust @4.5amps with 4.5x4 gws prop.. this thing makes my 3oz micro sparrow a rocket...

Great little motor, lots of power for it's size and hovers a 17" 3mm EPP flyer without issues and has taken hits without a pause. The only reason it didn't get 5 stars overall was the set screw in the mount. Straight slot 'common'?!? Seriously? Hard to see, very difficult to tighten without stripping, and there is only one of them, not two opposing as in most others. Fix this and it's 5 stars easy.

Well, I am seldom moved to review a product, but I am so moved today. I put this little guy in my UMX P3 - just a gram or two heavier than stock - and what a difference! It really livens up the P3, and it does so with the same incredible quiet smoothness of motors costing 3 to 4 times as much.

I put the motor on a stand with a 6x3DD and it pulled a static 5.5A. While this condition did cause warming, after it unloads in the air, and with additional air flow, I think the 6x3 is the way to go.

Great motor for small planes. 100 gram planes are perfect! I had a plane at 115 grams and it wouldn't take off. After getting the plane down to 102 grams she took off just fine with power to spare. Amazing what 13 grams difference makes. Great motor over all!

Great little motor. I use it in a brushless conversion of a parkzone micro T-28 with a modified main wing. On 2s with a 4.5x4 prop thus plane flys great and has a scale appearance in flight. On 3s with a 4x2.5 prop it turns into a speed demon!!!! I have nosed thus thing in several times and no issues with a bent shaft. (Just broken prop, lol). I recommend this motor and will be getting a few more soon for a few different micros. :)
