A tough and resilient U/C ideal for 1000mm to 1500mm models would have got 5* but it was to replace one that broke! (I was a little clumsy on landing)

Good product but is weak near wheel attachment position. Had same previously but the carbon is a bit weak on the bend just above the wheel attachment position, I suggest strengthening before use.

For the money you really can't go wrong with these - full carbon, fantastically strong but with some flex to absorb hard landings. I used these to replace the terrible piano-wire landing gear supplied with the ply/epp 55" (Slick55, Edge55) sold here, and it's a massive upgrade - no more bending gear back into shape after every landing.

Note I had to do some extensive modification including cutting & epoxying several blocks into the underside of the fuselage in order to accomodate a flat ply base-plate to bolt these to, but it was worth the time spent.

Design and alignment seems spot on. Use some decent 4mm stainless-steel axles with 6mm screwthreads to bolt on to these (also sold on HK).

I was confused at the schematic and dimensions but looked at the comments and gauged it based on what planes it fitted. The distance from wheel to wheel is 275mm and the fuselage mounting end is 70mm and stands approx 150mm high. Ideal for a Wot4 & Acro Wot foamy size. Very rigid and nicely ground edges so aerodynamically finished. Really Pleased!

Nice robust U/C legs. Very light but also very stiff - just the job for my A388 Rainbow and my dodgy flying field!
Well finished except for the edges but they are OK and, overall, excellent especially at this price!

Light, stiff and cheap, makes aluminum gears a thing of the past. Drilling carbon fiber is not an easy task and drills will require re-sharpening.
