This cant find a motor housing for this

They don't seem to make a motor housing for this anymore. I had to order a 65mm housing. Hope that works. I did put this on my 70mm edf jet. At full throttle the battery is drained in 42seconds, so not the greatest for 70mm with 12 blade system.

I tried this engine on funjet ultra 2 , the speed detected with airspeed sensor was 217kph , propeller 6×5.5 , lipo 2200 mah 4S 50C (battery top small ) , esc 80A , timing 0° , the engine pushes well beautiful sound.

Incorrect dimensions

I haven't run the motor yet, but just a quick warning to others. The spec describe this as a 29mm motor - it isn't. The diameter is actually 29.5mm which may not sound like a lot but it's enough to stop it fitting into a wemotec minifan housing. I'm lucky in that I have been able to slim 0.25mm (10 thou in old money) from the inside of a wemotec housing, but not everyone has a lathe and/or know how to mount such a floppy part while making the cut. So if you're buying it for a wemotec fan and you DON'T have a lathe then you will be unhappy. Once I've tried it I'll report back on performance.

Awesome lightweight little inrunner motor. This paired with a 70mm FMS 8b rotor on a 4s 2500mah 50C lipo puts out 65A settled and over 1.6 kgs thrust. Sound is nice and whooshy too if you have it balanced. The weight of the whole combo is 190g. Not bad at all.
