I purchased the Das Ugly Stik fuselage from Hobby King that was received incomplete with no top hatch, motor mounts , push rods and magnetics in the fuselage for securing bottom and top hatchs. I have spent more time and effort filing RMA's and a communication ticket over a week ago and still no response. The people at Hobby King do not care, listen, yet they display a picture which shows the above items. My hatch was broken, but fortunately the motor mounts and push rods were OK to re-use. This is an example of false advertising and am very disappointed in a major hobby supplier that appears to be unable to satisfy a loyal customer with such a small request. If they do not supply these items, they should not show them and include a disclaimer or make these items available.
