Got this F5 from (AU warehouse) & Turnigy nano-tech 2200mah 4S 45~90C Lipo After I placed 10g weight under the white plastic cover that hides the EDF wire..It really halls ass goes vertical all day long . It drew a crowd at the park...really Steady with a RX3S OrangeRX 3-Axis Flight Stabilizer V2 (International) OMG :)

awesome little jet!

flies like on rails and has enough thrust for scale flight, but put in a 4 s 1800 mah nano tec and it will improve the characteristics even more while going vertical as long as you want..takeoff is completely stressless with that amount of thrust too.

according to my gps logger, you can reach a speed of about 160 kph when going straight. it's not necessary to upgrade the motor or esc, just get a 4s and you will have lots and lots of fun with this little bird. fix your battery though, i crashed mine while flying inverted - the magnet holding the canopy is not strong enough to hold the weight of the battery, so it fell out.

if there was a kit version of this plane available at hk, i would buy it again for sure.

i can totally recommend it to anyone who has some flying experience and can handle a fast plane

What a great jet. I use 1800 4 cells and 2200 Nanotech. Fun-fun-fun. I really appreciate the power, not often found in RTF. I think I will give it a different paint job. The Canadian version goes faster I hear...the only issue I really have is the goofy nosecone that is more of a wedge shape than the round scale type. Overall a great jet.

Very nice airplane! Nice sound and steady in the air.
If you reverse the servo arms of the elevators to the topside of the wings and take of the wheels you can easily handlaunch and land on grass without breaking your servo arms.
2200 mah 3s will give you 5 a 6 minutes flight time. The top speed is also not bad at all.

Conclusion: Great value great quality!!

I got mine some days ago. Bit by bit i got here together. Everything

was a perfekt match. Ialso bougth a 4 ch TX/RX and plased inside.

Every cable was marked and the radio setup was easy. Ererything was

straight forvard. Even the ail-elev and rudder was a easy match.

I took her up i skies three days ago. 4 flight vent easy. No triming was

nesesary and landing was easy to. Takeoff and landing using the originale landing gear vent fine. Overall a wery good plane.

I use a 2650 3 cell. Fligt time aprox 4,5-5 min at diff speeds.



I can recomend this plane for eweryone who need a fun little one

for the car boot. Nice. PS! exuse my english :)

Leute, diese Kiste ist der Oberhammer! Htte ich wirklich nicht gedacht, dass die so gut geht mit 3S 2200 20C einfach Super! Wrde ich wieder kaufen. Bedauerlich dass keine Angaben zum Schwerpunkt und zu den Ausschlgen angegeben werden. Hatte 110 mm fr den Schwerpunkt verwendet, wie bei der F-5 von FMS, aber damit ist sie viel zu schwanzlastig. Werde jetzt 105 mm probieren, wie der Kollege hier schreibt, Danke!

Klasse Jet ! Ist sein Geld echt wert.Fliegt mit einem 3S2200 mAh Lipo ca 4-5 Minuten. Bei mir hat sich whrend des Fluges eine Ader vom Regler gelst. Notlandung! Lie sich aber leicht reparieren .Klare
Kaufempfehlung!!

Otimo jato, muito estvel mesmo com vento, porm s consegui voar com bateria 3s de 1300 mah. Recomendo. S faltou o site disponibilizar peas de reposio.

I have this plane about a month now and love it.Looks great/flys great and lands terrific.Slow speed stability is very good.I fly on 3c 2200 and 4c 1800.4c screams/nice :-) Pleasantly surprised to see it came with a a-ztw 35 amp esc instead of the 30 amp listed.Came with a FMS instruction booklet.Overall very pleased with purchase.Nose cone is very flimsy.I stuffed some cotton balls in it to absorb and prevent cracking on mild impacts.
