Migliorando il Bixler 2, questo ultimo modello è il perfetto aereo da addestramento RC, l'aliante RC perfetto e il perfetto aereo FPV per principianti. Collega la tua telecamera di volo al muso o al tettuccio dell'aereo per goderti la visuale in prima persona durante il volo. L'aereo Bixler 3 PNF è un modello plug-and-fly che richiede un sistema radio e una batteria.

Caratterizzato da una nuova combinazione di colori, il contrasto dinamico e le strisce sul lato inferiore facilitano l'orientamento. Il motore è stato aggiornato a un Outrunner Brushless 2620-1400KV per tempi di volo più efficienti. Accoppia questo aereo in schiuma RC elettrico con una batteria LiPo 3S 20C da 2200 mAh, nonché un trasmettitore e ricevitore a 6 canali da 4GHz per un volo ottimale.

Abbastanza piccolo da stare nella tua auto, il carico alare basso e un'elegante fusoliera creano un pratico aereo RC facile da trasportare nel tuo campo di volo preferito. Il Bixler 3 è dotato di alette opzionali preincernierate (servi non inclusi). Questi flap sono particolarmente ideali per i piloti FPV che trasportano un carico utile più pesante.

Realizzato in schiuma EPO super resistente, il Bixler 3 ha un'ala e una coda conica angolare. Le eliche di spinta e l'elettronica preinstallata lo rendono un ottimo aereo RC per principianti. Perfetto per volare in spiaggia o in un parco locale, il Bixler 3 è dotato di carrello di atterraggio a clip opzionale e ali a clip per un montaggio rapido e un facile stoccaggio.

Our clubs' preferred trainer

Several members of our club fly the Bixler. It's highly recommended (along with the Tundra) for new pilots. The build instructions are almost useless. The first line says "find another Bixler owner and ask them to help you build it" and that is pretty important I think. Only takes a few minutes to glue the tail (vertical and horizontal stabilizer) to the fuselage (I used Foam-Tac glue), slide the wings together (no glue, just snaps together), then find your fellow Bixler owner to assist with connecting the push-rods and mounting the receiver (which isn't included) and ESC (which is included), and attaching the prop. Also recommend having servo extension cables (not included), so you can mount the receiver in the bottom of the fuselage, under the wings. Without servo extension cables, you have to mount the receiver and ESC forward, like under the cockpit.
We set the transmitter to 70% travel and expo for all 3 controls.
Stable flights, great trainer as everyone noted already.
Ordered from US warehouse in OR, took 5 days to get to east coast.

Great large trainer plane

First large plane for me. Got the Flight Test Aura 5 computer for stability and safety for myself.
Cons: Motor noisy as heck but works. Hard to position batters forward enough for CG balance but doable. Don't like that the tail rudder and elevator are not detachable as with the wings off the plane is still cumbersome to transport.
Pros: Easy to flight with flight computer provider assist (Aura lite 5). Forgiving after crashing it a few times. Hot Glue and she was back in the area with some minor tinkering and trimming.
Not a super fast plane but fun enough and pretty to watch her fly thru the blue sky.

Great flyer , the easiest to assemble it toke me 15 min to build , but engine solder broke at the 4th flight m had to resolder.
