Improve packing

Ordered full model and fuselage arrived with cosmetic damage. Hobby King rapidly tried to make it right by replacement fuselage. Unfortunately it arrived damaged from shipping and unusable due to poor packing. Again hobby king made it right and immediately shipped another but exact same shipping damage on second one. I gave up and just used original which was cosmetically disappointing. Two replacements were unusable. HK refunded the cost of a fuselage to my original purchase. THAT BEING SAID, HK’s customer service department is best in business. I always got a hold of someone and they responded very quickly. Please HK work on packaging. It is holding your company back! Thank you for working so hard making my purchase right. Fix packaging please!

The fuselage seems to be lighter than the one it replaced. I was able to remove 1 1/2 ounces of nose weights to get to the balance point.

Had some issues with the fuselage

First of all let me say my Navy Cub is a dream to fly and it’s definitely a tough little war bird!!!
My Navy Cub has seen some serious combat. It's encountered some major obstacles
(a wall, a tree, the ground, etc.) :(
However, a little glue, a little TLC and a coat of paint and to my amazement she still fly’s like a dream. It’s definitely a great plane ! So much so I recently bought two more Navy Cubs along with two (2) extra Fuselages... just in case. :)
The Navy Cub itself is a 5 star treasure, but I have to say the spare fuselage I bought was a bit of a disappointment. First of all it didn't come with the cowl as shown in the photo, nor did it include the Motor mount or magnets for the battery hatch.
On the upside the cowl is made of really tough plastic and glues back together easily
even if you manage to shatter it. The problem I had was fitting my cowl on to the
new fuselage (even my brand new cowl wouldn’t fit). I actually had to cut away a good bit of the foam to make it fit and line up with the pre-drilled wholes.
Like Cinderella’s ugly stepsister trying to fit her huge foot (big toe and all) into a glass slipper 2 sizes too small. Ouch!!
Don't get me wrong, I still love the Navy Cub and it’s still a good idea to have an extra fuselage or two on hand (just in case) so despite the for mentioned issues you might encounter all things considered this part is still a pretty good value.
