    Get ready to be bitten by the Rattler! The H-King Rattler 1/8 4WD Buggy is a fantastic value for money 1/8 basher for anyone who wants some land-based fun. Because everything is so super simple on this buggy it will take a lickin' and come out kickin' for hours and hours. It is made from lightweight fiber reinforced plastics which make it quick off the mark and able to handle the rigors of even the most enthusiastic basher.

    There are so many quality features on this buggy we couldn't believe the price ourselves; not only is it strong but it has metal gear diffs front, centre and rear, pivot ball suspension all round, threaded adjustable oil filled shocks, a dust-proof receiver box that also houses the ESC and servo to help keep your electronics in tip-top condition and even a steel spur gear.

    The soft thick pin tyres on this buggy are made for the dirt or grass surfaces you find in parks or vacant blocks of land. If you've got a patch of grass or dirt nearby and your into fast fun with a few bumps and jumps thrown in for laughs then this is the buggy for you. 

    With the new 60A ESC and improved 2700KV motor you can confidently run this buggy on 3S, but be warned, the Rattler is deceptive, on 2S it is quick enough for most, but on 3S it's really venomous.

    The car is pretty fast on 2s, but after the first run I had 3wd instead of 4wd. Already lost a part so now it goes 2wd.
    Overal a decent car for this price.

    Value priced entry level 4 wheeler

    I bought this to experiment with FPV. I'm not a racer and won't comment on that aspect. First drive was LOS and it was good. I mounted a camera and transmitter and it worked better than I hoped. It's fast and controllable on a 2S 6K battery and I had over 12 minutes of driving. If i think a product works as advertised I give it 3 stars, so 4 stars is a great review by me. Good price from Hobby King, fast shipping and it works. I've had a lot of fun so far and a more to come. FPV driving in this is hands down the most fun I've had with a buggy or truck. My only complaint is that the ESC gets HOT. I probably need to add some venting to the sealed electronics.

    Nicht schlecht für das Geld

    Der Buggy ist für den "geringen" Preis nicht schlecht. Es macht jedoch immer wieder den Eindruck das es ein 1:10er Modell ist was etwas verbreitert wurde.
    Beim Fahren mit 3s Akkus ist mir jedoch das Differential kaputt gegangen.

    cheap car, brakes easy

    after only 10 minutes of driving parts start bending and breaking.
    Hobbyking support states that parts that are broken during driving are not covered by warranty, even if it happens after 10 minutes of driving after unpacking the car.

    I love this car, it's great out of the box and performs flawlessly, I have two now. I hit a friends car at about 35mph and sheared off the right front suspension, I mean all of it, ripped from the wrist pins, including the shock absorber
