3 crowns for it. Very good price but poor quality . It requires many upgrades to fly. Maybe HK improved it by I most enjoyed by 450gt and 450gt pro (way better).

My stock 450 had bend blades. Hex Screws have to be changed. Never more

I have the original version of the HK-450, and after putting the machine together with: Turnigy Brushless Motor,HK CNC Alloy Main Rotor Head and Tail upgrade,40amp Turnigy Plush ESC,TowerPro 9g Cyclic Servos,9g Digital Tail Servo, and JR ( 7 ) channel synthesised receiver, and 11.1v 2200mAh 20C Batteries, and HK-401 AVCS Gyro. Great heli!



My sugestion don't buy alu! I'm flying on plastic for over a season, sure I'v crashed a lot, but plastic is easy to replace and cheper. I'm flying simple 3D on that - barrels, loops, iverted flight, flips and other crazy and sometimes brutal stuff -)



Very great model, and very cheap! Thank's HK!

dentique un T-Rex 450SA un prix trs serr, je l'ai quip d'un moteur Turnigy E500 4000Kv et d'un contrleur simple 40A, associ des servos premiers prix HXT900 mais nanmoins de bonne qualit, voil un hlico de gamme 450 petit prix tout fait plaisant faire voler.

L'autre equipement est:



Akku: Rhino 3S/2250/25C

Motor: Turnigy E5oo 11Pin.

Regler: Tunigy Sentry 40A

Taumelscheibe: 3x HXT900

Heck: HXT500

Not a bad little heli. Not the best quality, but a great heli for beginners or for practicing 3D and not being worried about crashing your high end heli. Highly recommend

Hi, Only one gyro for the tail.....

Yoy can purchase Hobby King 401B as a starting.... I used it in my HK450.... Its locked the tail as Futaba GY401.... No drift at all....

Great product for this price. But screws does not fit to the standarts especially 1.5mm size allen screws. You should change the screws.



Original blades are not corbon fiber!



I use:

* Assan GA-410 Gyro

* HXT900 Servos x3

* Turnigy DS480 Digital Tail Servo

* TP 2415-06T 4400kv motor

* TowerPro H40A ESC

* Turnigy 2650mAh 3S 20C Lipo



I tested (not flown outside yet) with RP8D1 72Mhz receiver and Wfly FT06-C 72Mhz. The result is perfect :)
