La nuova HK PilotMega 2.7 è un aspetto fresco e un rinnovamento del popolare controllore di volo basato APM. Nel corso del progetto e sviluppo del 2,5 piattaforma Open Source ArduPilot, sono stati notati alcuni problemi noti e le sfide ergonomiche. L'obiettivo della HK PilotMega 2.7 è stato quello di correggere e migliorare questa grande piattaforma, restituendo alla comunità un design che è migliorato e stabile e ancora prezzi ragionevoli, rendendo questo super potente controllore di volo una grande opzione fiscale per le varianti a 32 bit. Ci sono 5 notevole miglioramento nella 2.7, e tutti hanno bisogno di file di costruzione sono disponibili nella scheda file per la comunità da utilizzare.

HK PilotMega 2.7 Miglioramenti:

1) Tappo 100uF in Vcc e condensatore 10uF tantalio aggiunto per fermare 3.3V cattivi problemi di salute giroscopio

2) Sostituzione del 1,0 millimetri 6p porta GPS (non utilizzati / ridondante) con df13-4P I2C porta bussola esterna, mettendo porti GPS e bussola esterna accanto all'altro, rendendo per connessioni più facili.

3) Porta multifunzione MUX aggiunto nella vecchia posizione della porta I2C, questo consente agli utenti di selezionare una uscita dalla rampa di legame (UART0, UART2, I2C, OSD "default è OSD". Questo nuovo layout rende la trasmissione dei dati più stabile con una resistenza di isolamento.

4) 3.3V e 5V Dataflash / Flashrom scambiato problema traccia corretto al AT45DB161.

5) Bussola esterno di abilitazione / disabilitazione ponticello aggiunto, versi dover tagliare un filo traccia.

Il HKPilot Mega 2.7 si basa sulla rapida evoluzione e raffinato mega Ardupilot o "APM", un progetto open source dalla robotica 3DR. Questo controllore di volo stupefacente permette all'utente di trasformare qualsiasi ala fissa, ala rotante, o di un veicolo multi-rotore (anche barche e automobili) in un veicolo completamente autonoma, in grado di eseguire una vasta gamma di compiti, anche programmati missioni GPS con waypoint (con la modulo GPS opzionale).

Diverse interfacce utente sono disponibili per la programmazione, la revisione tronchi, anche alcune applicazioni per smart phone e tablet. La radio telemetria opzionale consente la comunicazione radio bidirezionale offrendo un controllo totale e fornisce dati in tempo reale al tuo computer o tablet. L'elenco di ciò che questo controllore di volo è in grado di è stata rapidamente superata da ciò che non si può, con le caratteristiche, le modalità di volo e piattaforme supportate. This FC is awesome and loaded with features for the price. I consider myself a bad pilot and back when I did RC heli I quit doing it because cost from crashes was getting to high. This board with RTL (Return To Launch) has save my lots in what of been crashes. This board has built in gimbal control, gps hook up, etc. A lot for the money, but most important compatible with easy to use software with lots of online instructions.

We use this HK version in my College UAS course. We've tested this one verses the name brand that this is cloned from and don't see any difference between them related to setting up, programming or flying. For most students, we save a few dollars when we can, so this is the one the professor recommends the students to buy.

Great Board for the price. Maintains good position hold with a Quanum LEA-6h Gps. You must mount the controller to eliminate vibration,using foam etc. Using the Mission Planner software is straight forward,firmware I recommend no higher than v3.2 at this present time. Loses 1 star for having the cover screws on the bottom. A lot more practical if you could access them from the top. I'm new to the multi-rotor hobby and found it easy to use and customise. I'm a fan of open source!

Bought this to replace my KK2.1 which I had outgrown in five months!!! Looked around at what was available, and really liked the APM model. The HKPilot Mega is a lot cheaper, but still has the same functionality as the real APM Mega. Have got this running faultlessly on my SK450 Deadcat with Q Brain 25A ESC. A few hiccups setting it up, but nothing that Google couldn't sort out for me. I have it running very, very stable with all the tricks ... Drift, RTL, Loiter, GPS, Compass. Really like the downloadable data files so that you can review the telemetry from each flight (not interested in real time stats, just yet). Seem to be getting more flight time out of this flight controller than the KK2.1 - 1 to 2 mins more.

Using this on my DIY tricopter and works perfectly! Arrived with no problems. You will have to DIY a foam insulator for the barometer as no foam is provided. Screws are mounted from the base so a pain when you need to open the case when it's mounted on your multirotor. 2 jumpers in the HKPilot- one to be removed if your using the Power Module and another to remove when using an external compass. External Compass port is just below the GPS port unlike the 3DR board. Finish is good and soldering is neatly done. Comes with small bits of foam double sided tape, but I used my own tape instead.
Hooked up to Mission Planner without a glitch and firmware loaded with no issues. calibration via mission planner was troublefree! For the cost...Happy and Satisfied as my tri flies perfectly! Recommended!!

My housing was a little warped making it difficult to put together initially. Otherwise really easy to get working

Ho installato la scheda su un trex500, non facilissimo, arducopter la versione piu' difficile da mettere a punto, ma seguendo la guida on-line si riesce a metterla a sopperire. La scheda funziona molto bene ed assemblata con criterio, si noti che arriva senza un rigo di istruzioni. comunque 5 stelle.
