Got this remote for an FT Old Fogey. Certainly a great remote for getting started, and you're not sure if you wanna drop hundreds of dollars. Overall, it's a great remote, but you'll need to connect it to a computer for settings or mixing, and it doesn't come with that cable.

for the price the controlled is great I find it fine as a beginner controller but at some point will get a better controller. but for the price it is a great controller.

Good for the price ... but... and it's hairy!

Let's begin with... it's a great radio for the price! The problem I have with it is that I will have to redo every boat I built so that all rudders turn the same way on every boat I have OR I will have to take the laptop to every event I go so that I would be able to reverse the servo's on those boats that have the rudder servo mounted differently... HK people it's not handy to have the reverse function as a setting in the programming..... it takes away a lot of flexibility!

Kit was two years ago. Pritenzy and no comments. Everything works without comment. I would like to receive more information about the transmitter and receiver systems. During operation there were some questions. What type of transmitter? DSM2 or another. How to determine. I recommend to all beginners.

Worst experience in RC Modeling. I have had this transmitter/receiver package almost a year now. Originally I used this stock out of the box. Behavior was so erratic that I bought the cable to adjust configuration. That was even worse. It now is so inconsistent that I pulled it from my quadcopter and I'm using another receiver with one of my quality transmitters. It's a pity, because I wanted this as an inexpensive way to build multirotors to give my kids, but it is so user-unfriendly that my kids would get nothing out of it but frustration. Price is great, but you get what you pay for.

For the price this can not be beat. Feels great(although I don't have a bunch of experience) . My biggist complaint USD the reprogramming. But! I found a way around the crap cable.http://psychoul.com/electronics/how-to-make-your-own-usb-cable-for-hk-t6a-calibration. This is a site showing how to make your own that is way easier.
If you don't have ftdi to USB get one here on this site.http://www.hobbyking.com/hobbyking/store/__24779__FTDI_Adapter_USB_Controller_5V.html. then 4 jumpers and you are good to go

Nota 3 deve incluir o cabo e configurao simplificada, muito difcil adquirir o cabo fora do estoque e no tem suporte e nem ajudo para fazer a configurao no PC.
