ordered this kit and I also received the basic kit with nothing...... contacted customer support both live chat and e-mail, took a bit of explaining but once I got my point across. they quickly resolved my issue. instead of sending the kit back, I asked for the parts missing. BOOM! parts arrived in 2 days. Problem solved. Thank You! I give the quality a 1 star because the kit needs to be inspected to insure all items are in box. value for the money is fine. I would have rated overall as a 1, but the service I received was great. So for the staff and support I give this a 5

well I gotta give a horrible review... whys that the plane is awesome... but I ordered one and it came with NOTHING no esc no servos no battery nothing just an airframe.. I got totally ripped off.. and now I gotta jump through all their hoops to fix their screwup

Pretty good, no way 120 mph out of box, 80 mph yes, not 80mph apart from that it is one fast, excellent flying little plane. A side note to potential buyers make sure you have a high vis paintscheme with good differentiation between top and bottom colours. You will need it, small model, 80 mph speeds, gets small really fast!

Received it in good nick, everything held down and nothing loose in the box.
Initial assembly is very quick and easy, however you must be very careful to connect the tail servo linkages before gluing on the tail (Or be prepared to have to very carefully cut off the tail nub then glue it back on). I made a groove on the underside of the vertical stabilizer and put in some carbon rod to take out the large amounts of flex. The one annoying thing was that the servo horns did not stay put in the slots, no matter how much I prepped the surface, they just pulled out. So I upgraded to good ol horns that are held in by two plastic plates and screws. I also sanded most of the foam surface to get rid of the tiny nubs from the moulding process (only because I was going to paint it).

CG is bang on with zippy compact 1000mah 4s, and doesnt require trimming of foam. The 850mah "race spec" battery does require you to scoop out some material to it fits.

ps, for anyone who is considering giving this racer a really nice paint job, dont, stay with something simple and bold

Goes great, Esc on 4S is fine, ditch the spinner for an alloy one that's balanced, use an APC 6 x 5.5 prop, ballistic describes it well. Total weight ready to fly 360grams with 4S 850 nano. Paint it with different fluro colours top and bottom to aid with orientation, as it gets really small really quickly. Throughly recommend this one.

little pocket rocket! totally ballistic! This thing rocks. Handles very well, seems to hold up to high speed tight turns and will slow down enough for a gentle landing. absolutely CAN NOT beat this for less than a hundo. I used normal spray paint with no problems. Also. don't forget to paint some bright colors on this thing. it gets small very quickly!

Very good quality plane. easy to build and fly's great. remember to attach the Elevator control horn, rob and clevis before you glue the rear parts together .

Opened the box today and wow value for money ,what I must add is stick elevator clevis and attach rod before sticking on to fuse as later cannot get access,motor was a bit tight but we shall see if it frees up on running ,have painted this all fluorescent colours as my eyes not as good as use to be ,will post vid on maiden when the weather brightens up

Too much fun. If you are on the fence, Buy it! For the money this thing is just outstanding. Get the recommended 4s nanotech 90c too. I used some of the wife's acrylic craft paint to add some stripes and it came out very nice.
