i bought one of these to wet my feet again in planes. And its awesome! great little plane goes together easy and flys beautifully. My only gripe was with the landing gear is a bit small. other than that its great fun flying this little J3.

Doesn't take long to assemble. Fitment was a bit of an issue as some parts were a tight fit, screws did not tap properly, the wings did not fit on the body without cutting a bit of the foam. The paint job was meh, some places had overspray, some places did not have enough paint. It looks like a bit of a messy art project. Definitely not a display piece. It's good for what it is, and that is a trainer plane to crash and abuse. I added my own Ailerons with ease. It flies quite decent. The manual is almost worse than useless. Many crucial steps are skipped completely and I'm not even sure it's the correct manual as some assembly steps make no sense. I guess that I should be happy that I even received a manual with a Hobby King Product? At any rate, if shipping wasn't so expensive, this would be one heck of a deal for a trainer plane. Oh, and the paint smells like garbage, literally smells like my week old trash. Touching the paint also made my skin itch.

The plane is good for beginners. The wings of the plans are very thin. As a beginners ailerons are of great help to me but was surprised to notice how thin the wings are, but will any how attach the ailerons. Overall the plane is good - what else would you expect at such a Great price.

Los materiales y el acabado son de baja calidad. Las pegatinas escasas. Las piezas no coinciden y hay que forzarlas para poder ensamblarlas. El timon de cola casi imbosible montarlo sin aplastar o deformar la parte montante. El eje del motor esta desviado respecto al fuselaje del avion. Los embellecedores del tren de aterrizaje no se sujetan de ninguna manera. En la imagen del producto ofertado se aprecia claramente la ESC con el conector tipo T y resulta que me llega con la conexion tipo XT60 !. Por culpa de informacion erronea no puedo usar el producto ya que todas las baterias las tengo con el conector T. He tenido que pedir el adaptador y me toca esperar un mes mas hasta que me llegue para poder usar el avion.
Espero que por lo menos el avion vuele correctamente una vez puesto en marcha.
En definitiva un producto acorde a su precio.

un modello veramente bello.
Il rapporto qualit prezzo veramente alto.
un modello 3ch adatto ai principianti, facile da far volare e ha un volo molto tranquillo.
Sappiate che per nello scomparto originale ci stanno ben poche batterie; io ho ritagliato un pezzo di polistirolo dall'interno per farci stare una turnigy 2s 1000mah.
L'esc ha un connettore XT-60 ed gi montato sul modello.
La costruzione non richiede particolari esperienze, ma la messa in siete delle ali pu creare qualche problema.

This is a great little plane, with a beatiful main wing airfoil. I made a few mods: increased the dihedral on the wings to 20 degrees (using a stanley knife, hot glue and strong tape), increased the size of the tailfin by about 80 percent with a piece of 1/8 inch soft balsa, and cut a hatch for my 3S 850 mah battery on the underside of the fuselage, just behind the motor. I also put two small pieces of dowel in the fuselage, just below the wing leading and trailing edges and attached the wing with rubber bands to cater for any rough landings. I am not too keen on the mat khaki green finish that Guan'Li are so fond of. I used a water-based enamel spray in pine green to give the plane a fresher, glossy appearance. Also I sprayed the underside of the wing pale yellow for visibility and orientation, and the nose cowl and tailfin red. The plane looks brilliant in the air, and flies very sweetly. Hi guys! Just received This bird. Well packaging and all parts were in the boxe.Fast delivery from HK. I Will put together This bird and probably add ailerons servos. Will be back with comments.And with photos of the ailerons servos installed.
