I have this lead permanently on my charger as most of my lipos are 3s. Great when you charge same capacities batteries in parallel. However make sure the batteries have equal voltage at the beginning of the charge. Also I am usually charging only to around 4.18 volts per cell. You don't want to fully charge batteries with this lead as the balancing doesn't works well when in parallel.
