These are good motors and esc but the price for the set has more than doubled.How do Hobbyking justify the massive price rise.Nothing but greed.I wont be buying anymore!

good propulsion system, the small drawback is that if the helices factory break the nuts up in the package only serve for helices packing if you need to put other helices is impossible to put the same nuts, have to buy a CCW and CW standard nuts.

I use this power system on my Q450 with gimbal ... I love it... I flew it as often as i could get the battery to charge on an 80 deg Fahrenheit day.. Motors get warm but not hot. My q450 weighs in at 1.5kg

I was quite wary of these ESC's when I installed them into my camera ship, I had no idea what firmware they ran, whether they'd have timing issues with my also unknown-to-me flight controller, a Jiyi P2. What I did know is that they're black, issue beeps I'm unfamiliar with, but come from a reputable company, so what the heck. After all, the motors in this bundle are top-notch, and perfectly balanced.

As it turns out, I had nothing to fear. Not only do the ESC's hold up under the abuse of a 1.2Kg 500mm quadcopter, but they are barely warm after a 20 minute flight. The motors themselves are great, even considering the quirky DJI-style prop shaft, look up Phantom Vision 2 CW/CCW Locknuts and standard props, or get DJI-style self-locking props. Because the included props have a crazy proprietary design, you'll have to go with one or the other.

Don't be dissuaded by the slim product description, this is quality hardware that if picked up when on sale, like I was lucky enough to, can be an incredible value! Just don't expect multishot, braking, or other racing quad features, this set is pure meat and potatoes.

So far these are working fine.. the only thing is the shaft is short for props and and replacing props may be an issue once you break the ones it comes with. Looking at getting 6mm prop adapter to length the shaft.

ESC and motor are just BANG for the price. I would say one of the best quality motors in hobbyking.
ESC are smooth, light and very efficient, cool.

BUT BE AWARE, DOES NOT SUPPORT PIXHAWK

Fantastic motors and ESC's for the price . Silent and smooth running and the pops out of the box are well balanced. Have purchased 2 sets and soon another 2
