Fit and finish look pretty good. I cut them to size for my application and rounded off the tips with a rotary tool. I had it installed in my airplane in no time.

Forget about trying to find the correct push-rod length. Just use a dremel plus cut-off disk and cut rod to the desired length. Remove the burrs and bevel the tips slightly to avoid damaging the links when threading.
