These work great for me and I can reverse rotation with the unkeyed versions.

These are a very quick and easy way to connect smaller brushless motors. If you select the ones with the key they always connect the same of select the ones without the key then reversing the plug reverses the motor rotation. Can't do that with the triangular types.
