Faithfull, rugid motors

I have several NTM motors (prop drive) and am happy with them all. Have not one problem with any of them.I'm careful not to exceed specs in any way, However; I do have two suggestions: (1) design two grub screws into the forward end instead of just one and (2) use premium phase leads instead of the stiff ones used currently because the current ones stiffen over time and break easily. Other than that these motors are a trustworthy workhorse
