hi all this is a nice little jet flew very nice and good at slow speed so you can land nice and slow , but the foam is a bit on the soft side ,and with 3 very good slow landings the retacts came loose and needed epoxy,

Plane arrived very well packed no damage. This thing looks awesome only thing is its EPs not EPO so a bit more fragile but still all good. Fan and motor need Balancing! i dynamical balanced mine and the extra power and sound this thing had after is wicked, if you have an Ipod touch, Iphone or android Phone you can use this method http :// www . rcgroups.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1267814

had a bit of a hard landing today and broke the gear as it is only plastic, i will be drilling the centre out and putting a 2mm steel rod in and epoxy to fix and hopefully strengthen it up, all in all this is a wicked plane decent speed and i am getting around 3:30 to 4min flights

ok plane arrived the other day and i must say a very cool looking EDF .. well first flight went well till about 2 min in when the speedy decided to set of fire ( all on the stock gear sup with the plane ) managed to land quick but broke the landing gear and got the batt out and not to much damage to the plane ... advice change the speedy before first flight but all in all what a great EDF very smooth and fast even with all the stock gear very happy with the purchase :)

I had my first flights with this jet last weekend, very impressed with flight performance. Couple of issues during assembly, wasn't happy with control surface alignment so I replaced all hinges with dubro items - much smoother movement.
Standard ESC burned out after half a dozen throttle applications - thankfully while bench testing - relaced with 60A Turnigy Plush. The grass a my field was a little to long, and wet, for ROG takeoff but hand launching works well, just keep it level for a few seconds to build up speed and you'e away. Had no problems landing with gear down even though the long grass pulled it to a stop quickly. There is enough power on hand for large loops & cuban 8s. Zippy 20c 2200 4s batteries were good for 3 minute flights, have ordered some turnigy 40c batteries to try next time. Excellent jet overall, I highly recommend it.

This is the best jet I have so far, I flies very fast and stable. Very strong landing gear and excellent finished structure. I has a good flying envelop and can perform some aerobatics. Im planning to buy another!

This bird flies well and it looks good. Flight characteristics is pretty calm and easy.
Two main defects are following:
-Main landing gear strut is plastic. That is not made to last... I broke mine in relatively small bounce landing.
-The whole plane is made of very fragile EPP,EPO or whatever it is. Material breaks from very light touch or bump.
But, all in all. Price vs. quality makes me still happy:-)

I just receive mine today. Weight without battery is 920g. With 4S30C 2200mAH FlightMax LiPO (262g) , total weight is 1182g. I tested the thrust which is below 900g. So the thrust/weight ratio is less than 1, I don't think this plane can fly vertical up. I hope HK can improve on the power setup. Overall this plane is nice and very scale with working retract and pilot cabin. The parts fit nicely and can be considered quality product. I will maiden it by next week

Yes, the T-50 is a very good Ducted Fan Jet, and with the recomended factory setup 4S 2200 mah Lippo you will have 4 minutes flight time. the flight is very stable and you can fly very fast with this jet, the weight of my T-50 ist 1.140 grams, the quality of this kit is very good, this jet is realy a GOOL, I give TEN STARS for the T-50
