Not very strong, but they are cheap and fit well. I'd recommend a pair since they're a lot cheaper than new shocks and shafts bend all the time...

They fit Standard Shock Absorber (PRODUCT ID: A2016T-32781). Buy a bunch of them if you plan to hit things with your truck. These rods bend or break very easy when you hit something. For the price and how easy is to replace this part it is not a problem.

These shafts are 3mm diameter and fits in lot of 1/10 schocks dampers like Traxxas or Thunder Tiger. Seeing the price, I will buy 10 more of it.
