Il Sunbird è un tutto costruito 1.600 millimetri, 4 canali, elettrico aliante a motore - con un po 'di sapore' old timer 'mescolato in!

bonjour, recu mon colis en un temps record, commande le lundi soir recu le jeudi plateforme europe. kit bien arrive sans dommage le bois a l'air de bonne qualite le prix tout petit, je trouve les frais de port un peu cher sur le colis ecrit 2. kg apres avoir peser 560grThis gets 5 stars just for the price! The package arrived fast with included instructions. The instructions could be a bit better but with prior building experience, it should not be a problem. This has excited me because I'm relatively new to electrics and love them but I have to admit that I don't care for the foam stuff. This provides thebest of both worlds in a neatly packaged box.
I hope to see more kits offered in the future and start collecting them.This glider is very easy to build. The instructions are good. I covered this with HK transparent red foil.
It really does fly great. Really stable.Simple and flys well. The kit is easy to assemble if you use the full size plans available under the files tab. In the kit that I received, the stock where the ailerons connects is the wrong size and the holes are placed wrong. There is enough extra material in the kit to build your own.
It is important to dry-fit all of the parts before gluing as the pieces do not always fit perfectly.What a challenge! To start with the fuselage is the easiest part to build, then comes the fun. As usual the plans are well printed but the photos are very hard to see the detail needed. All the balsa and ply parts were very well laser cut. If the parts were numbered it would have helped a lot. After completing the fuselage the challenge started. Clear your head and work area, get some coffee (or lots), play some music and with the fantastic help of the great people who have posted information in the international files tab you have your wing made. It is one where you need to take your time. A week later I have a great plane sitting on my table waiting for a calm day and calm mind for the maiden. You run into some design errors with the beam between the wing parts. On some area's you need to be a bit creative for example the connection between the fusalage and the wing,
I have used:
TURNIGY Plush 18amp Speed Controller
TURNIGY D2822/14 Brushless Outrunner 1450kv
Turniy 3s 800 battery which balances is perfectly.
For covering I used hobbyking cover, It worked for me.
Flying is easy. I only have a problem with bringing the plane down for landing. It just keeps on gliding without a brake. -
