I ordered this. It went to back order -3 and is discontinued
without notification of back order etc.

Three flights yesterday and I'm impressed. 38 amps, 822 watts with two 3S 2650 35C nanotechs in series for 6S, a 60-amp Turnigy Plush ESC, and an APC 15x6 prop. This is my first six-cell setup.



I put it on a 3DHS 59-inch AJ Slick that came in at 5 pounds, 3 ounces. This motor has more than enough power for it, hoisting it vertically to 400 feet in no time, and came down after each flight with all components very cool in 58 F. weather.



Voltage on the six cells averaged 3.88 each after a 4:30 flight with no throttle management at all.



I'll be ordering another one of these. It's a real bargain.

Worked real well until i hit the only hard patch earth in a sq KM "doh" it bent the bell and i cant get it straight. Good power on 4S but a beast on 6S when will HK have stock again? I'll be getting 2 next time. been out off stock for weeks.Good motor

This is an excellent motor for 40 size arcraft. It has plenty of power and powered my Revolver with plenty of power to spare. Highly recommended, good one HK

Is the only motor i found that can fly the Hyperion P51 Mustang...

compre este motor y por su buen resultado compre otro.

el primero para sustituir un .46 de Glow y la verdad que voy con mucho mas motor. El segundo para sustituir un .61 y tambien voy "sobrado"

Siempre lo he volado con 6S, no hay que poner un variador mas grande de 60A ya que se ceba el motor y entra en corte (me ha pasado con un variador de 80A.

Ahor lo llevo en un katana de casi 4KG y con una pala 16X10 me lo sube como un cohete.

Unica pega es que consume bastante, vuelo con 6S 3000mA y dura apenas 10 min, eso si disfrutando de toda la potencia.

Lo recomiendo.

this motor is very very good motor bid have a loose magnet very east to fix lots of power motor run cool running real hard 6.30 min i believe hobby king a little off on specs at 900 watts motors slugish 14-8 prop 990 watts power runs good 15-6 sluggish i flying 6 lb plane best battery 2650-3000 6cell perfict i recomend 14-8 and the 15-7 with plush 60 amd ese recomend motor
