Good runner but has its quirks

I can only refer to the short term, but so far this has performed really well. Good break in, lots of pinch (you'll probably need to preheat at first). Pull start is great and it's got lots of power. From what I've heard this isnt actually a .28 (more like a .25), but still runs a treat through a good tuned pipe (I have mine paired with a JP2).
It seems to like medium or hot turbo plugs - For some reason others say they take regular plugs but I guess as of 2021 they ship with a turbo burn room.
The main problem was shoehorning it into the 1/8 scale. Engine mounts had to be destroyed/modified to fit as the mounting holes on the block are stupidly close to the crankcase, so look out for that. Also the clutch nut thread is 1/4in not 6mm (why?) So try HPI 86086. If you're running a stock clutch bell then you'll want about 3.5mm of shims aswell.

Fraud, I bought the 28 Segment engine and the Seg 21 came in the package after the 28 Segment. I put it on my model and after arriving it turned out to be too weak for my model, I took the heads off and measured it and it turned out that it was 3.5cc and it would be 4.6cc. I am very disappointed, I wanted your store to replace the engine for me, but I was sent back, it was very bad I will buy I already know that you can not buy engines from you because you send something else

I had a lot of trouble tuning the motor, no tuning instructions.... searching the net for answers not much luck, changed over the carby ran better but in the end I went electric..
